At ArcShade, we follow a rigorous, transparent process to ensure every project meets client requirements and engineering standards. Here is the step-by-step path we take on every install.

1. Initial Consultation & Site Survey: We assess soil conditions, capture laser dimensions, and align on budget.
2. 3D Concept Modeling: We generate 3D renders so you can visualize the design in place.
3. Structural Engineering: Finite element analysis verifies structural load capability.
4. In-House Fabrication: CNC cutting and high-frequency welding are carried out in Aligarh.
5. On-Site Erection & Tensioning: Our trained crews align structural steel and tension the fabric safely.
